ModelCars.com Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 22, 2026

Welcome to the ModelCars.com Affiliate Program ("Program"). This agreement establishes the terms and conditions governing participation in the Program, operated by ModelCars LLC ("ModelCars.com," "we," "us," or "our").

By applying for, enrolling in, or continuing to participate in the Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Program Eligibility and Enrollment

Participation in the ModelCars.com Affiliate Program is subject to approval.

• All applicants must provide accurate and complete registration information.

• ModelCars.com reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

• Affiliates must maintain legitimate websites, social media accounts, content channels, or other approved promotional platforms.

• Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.

• ModelCars.com may review affiliate promotional activities at any time to verify compliance.

Acceptance into the Program does not guarantee commissions or continued participation.

2. Affiliate Commissions

Approved affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying purchases referred to ModelCars.com through authorized affiliate tracking links.

• Commission Rate: Up to 5% of eligible product sales, or the rate specified in the affiliate's GoAffPro dashboard.

• Tracking Period: Seven (7) days following a qualifying referral click, subject to the tracking settings and eligibility requirements of the Program.

• Commission Basis: Commissions are calculated on eligible product revenue, excluding shipping charges, taxes, discounts, refunds, and other non-product charges.

• Qualifying Purchases: Only completed, legitimate, paid orders that comply with this agreement qualify for commissions.

Commissions are subject to review and approval by ModelCars.com.

ModelCars.com reserves the right to adjust commission rates prospectively, introduce product exclusions, or modify commission structures with notice to affected affiliates.

3. Prohibited Paid Advertising

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using paid advertising to promote ModelCars.com without prior express written authorization.

This prohibition includes, but is not limited to:

• Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and other paid search advertising.

• Paid shopping advertisements, including Google Shopping.

• Bidding on "ModelCars.com," "ModelCars," or variations, misspellings, or combinations of our brand name.

• Bidding on keywords intended to intercept searches for ModelCars.com or its products through paid search placements.

• Using ModelCars.com affiliate links, tracking URLs, or redirect links in paid advertisements.

• Directing paid advertisement traffic to ModelCars.com through intermediary websites, landing pages, or redirects.

• Paid social media advertising, sponsored placements, and other purchased traffic intended to generate affiliate commissions.

This restriction applies whether advertisements direct visitors to ModelCars.com or to an affiliate-controlled website that subsequently redirects visitors to ModelCars.com.

Sales originating from unauthorized paid advertising are ineligible for commissions, regardless of whether the GoAffPro platform records the referral or attributes the sale to an affiliate.

Written authorization, if granted, applies only to the specific activities expressly approved by ModelCars.com.

4. Permitted Promotional Activities

Affiliates are encouraged to promote ModelCars.com through authentic, relevant content that introduces our products to prospective customers.

Permitted activities generally include:

• Original product reviews and recommendations.

• Model building tutorials, hobby articles, and educational content.

• Relevant social media posts and organic audience engagement.

• Original videos featuring model kits, diecast collectibles, and related products.

• Affiliate links included in legitimate, relevant editorial content.

• Email newsletters sent to subscribers who have consented to receive promotional communications.

Promotional activities must be truthful, lawful, and consistent with the interests and reputation of ModelCars.com.

Affiliates may not represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of ModelCars.com.

5. Coupon Codes, Discounts, and Deal Websites

Affiliates may not publish, distribute, or promote unauthorized ModelCars.com discount codes.

The following activities are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing:

• Posting affiliate links or discount codes on coupon aggregation websites.

• Publishing ModelCars.com offers on cashback, rewards, or loyalty platforms.

• Using browser extensions or automated coupon applications to generate affiliate referrals.

• Distributing affiliate codes through deal forums or discount-sharing communities.

• Promoting expired, fabricated, misleading, or unauthorized offers.

• Using click-to-reveal coupon mechanisms to trigger affiliate tracking.

Only discount codes specifically issued or authorized by ModelCars.com for affiliate use may be promoted, and only through approved channels.

ModelCars.com reserves the right to reject commissions associated with unauthorized coupon activity.

6. Commission Exclusions

The following transactions do not qualify for affiliate commissions:

1. Purchases made by the affiliate through their own referral links or codes.

2. Purchases made on behalf of the affiliate, including purchases by associated businesses or individuals acting for the affiliate.

3. Orders placed by customers who are themselves participating affiliates, where excluded by Program settings.

4. Orders resulting from prohibited paid advertising.

5. Orders generated through unauthorized coupon or discount promotions.

6. Orders involving fraudulent, deceptive, automated, or artificially generated referrals.

7. Canceled, returned, refunded, or charged-back purchases.

8. Orders that cannot be reliably attributed to a valid affiliate referral.

9. Orders generated through unauthorized browser extensions, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or other tracking manipulation.

10. Orders otherwise obtained in violation of this agreement.

ModelCars.com may reverse, withhold, or reject commissions on transactions determined to be ineligible.

The presence of a tracked conversion in GoAffPro does not automatically establish eligibility for payment.

7. Affiliate Tracking and Attribution

The Program uses GoAffPro to manage affiliate referrals, tracking, and commission reporting.

Affiliates acknowledge that:

• Tracking depends on properly functioning referral links, browser settings, cookies, and other technical factors.

• Commission attribution is determined by the Program's configured tracking rules, subject to the eligibility requirements of this agreement.

• ModelCars.com does not guarantee tracking of every visitor or purchase.

• Affiliates may not manipulate cookies, referral links, tracking parameters, or attribution mechanisms.

ModelCars.com reserves the right to review and correct tracking discrepancies or improperly attributed commissions.

8. Commission Approval and Payments

Commissions must be reviewed and approved before payment.

• Pending commissions may be held while orders are verified or return periods expire.

• Refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible orders will not generate payable commissions.

• Approved commissions will be paid according to the payment methods, schedules, and applicable minimum payout thresholds communicated through the affiliate dashboard.

• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and satisfying any applicable tax reporting requirements.

ModelCars.com may withhold disputed commissions while investigating suspected violations or attribution errors.

9. Brand, Trademark, and Content Usage

ModelCars.com grants approved affiliates a limited, nonexclusive, revocable right to use authorized ModelCars.com branding and promotional materials solely for participation in the Program.

Affiliates may not:

• Register domain names, social media accounts, or other properties that impersonate or could reasonably be confused with ModelCars.com.

• Use ModelCars.com trademarks in paid advertisements without written authorization.

• Create misleading representations of affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

• Modify official logos or marketing materials in ways that misrepresent the brand.

• Copy substantial portions of ModelCars.com website content to create competing or deceptive websites.

All rights to ModelCars.com trademarks, logos, and proprietary materials remain with their respective owners.

10. Legal Compliance and Disclosures

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising requirements, including relevant Federal Trade Commission (FTC) endorsement and disclosure guidelines.

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship whenever they promote ModelCars.com products using commission-earning links or codes.

Disclosures must be clear, conspicuous, and appropriately positioned for the promotional medium.

Affiliates are responsible for complying with applicable email marketing, privacy, consumer protection, and intellectual property laws.

11. Fraudulent or Abusive Activity

ModelCars.com maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward affiliate fraud and deceptive promotional practices.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Cookie stuffing or forced affiliate tracking.

• Automated or artificial clicks.

• False or misleading product claims.

• Impersonation of ModelCars.com.

• Unauthorized paid traffic acquisition.

• Manipulation of affiliate attribution.

• Unauthorized use of customer information.

• Any activity intended to obtain commissions without generating legitimate, qualifying referrals.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, termination, reversal of commissions, or other appropriate remedies.

12. Program Changes and Termination

ModelCars.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time.

We may update commission rates, eligibility requirements, promotional restrictions, or other Program terms by publishing revised terms or notifying affiliates through available communication channels.

Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time.

ModelCars.com may suspend or terminate an affiliate immediately for suspected or confirmed violations of this agreement.

Upon termination, the affiliate must discontinue use of Program links, promotional materials, and ModelCars.com branding.

Legitimately earned, approved commissions remaining at termination will be handled according to the applicable payment terms, subject to adjustments for refunds, fraud, or violations.

13. Independent Contractor Relationship

Affiliates participate as independent contractors.

Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or joint venture relationship between the affiliate and ModelCars.com.

Affiliates are solely responsible for their business operations, promotional expenses, taxes, and compliance obligations.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ModelCars.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program, including lost profits, interrupted tracking, or changes to the Program.

The Program is provided on an "as available" basis without any guarantee of earnings, uninterrupted operation, or specific referral performance.

15. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable law, disputes arising from this agreement shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Texas.
